What is Website Brocour?
Website Brocour is an online broker for websites and domains. We help potential buyers and investors have access to websites and domains waiting to be sold. We also help sellers wanting to sell their website and/or domains by listing their websites or domains for thousands of buyers to view.
How do I make an offer for a website or domain?
It is free and easy to make an offer through Website Brocour.
There are two ways to make an offer:
1. Visit the home page to view the newest listed sites and then click on the site name which interests you to view more information. If you like what you see then click on the ‘make offer’ link and fill in the information to make an offer direct to the seller. The seller will then contact you or we will on their behalf to let you know whether they accept or decline your offer.
2. Hover over the ‘buy’ tab and a drop list will come down with various different categories. Either click on the buy tab itself to view the newest listed sites or click on a category which interests you and chose a site on that categories page. You then need to click on the site name to view further information. You can then click on the ‘make an offer’ link and fill in the information to make an offer direct to the seller.
What do I do once a seller has accepted my offer?
WebsiteBrocour is not involved in the transaction process of selling or buying any websites. The parties selling and buying must engage in their own diligence to assure the validity of any transaction. Sellers and Purchasers should consult an attorney and/or an account before entering into any transaction. WebsiteBrocour does not provide legal advice. WebsiteBrocour does not provide tax advice.
How do I sell a website?
You need to purchase a gold or silver listing code from the store. Then visit the sell tab and enter the listing code, personal information and information about the site.
What is the difference between the gold and silver listing codes?
If you purchase a gold listing code your listing will appear above any silver listings whether it be on the homepage or in the category section. If a gold listing code is purchased the seller is able to add one key image to be shown on the listing and then up to 5 screenshots on the listings individual page.
